Beautiful Afghanistan (From Sky)

This time while flying back home from London to New Delhi, the day broke some where over Caspian Sea and while flying above Afghanistan, I could see the natural landscape of the area very clearly. It instantly reminded me the barren hills of Len and Ladakh region. Those barren landscape and very small habitations in between and snow topped mountains at times was making me feeling visiting the place.... Someday for sure.

Update: I'm back Home :)

Yes, 'm in Bhubaneswar these days. Landed here just 3 days back. The festive season here is still on as people are getting ready to burst some crackers on Diwali. Diwali is the festival of lights and officially winter starts after the festival in this part of the World. I'm relaxed and enjoying home, also having some quality time. Even if it is only 3 days since 'm here, people already started asking 'What Next!'. Ah... poor me. Because of the festive season, the thought process is already on leave and 'm expecting it to join back only after Diwali. So, I have absolutely nothing to answer back :D

Photographer's EYE sees it all...

Lavanya Verma, a very good friend of mine... and a brilliant photographer with tonnes of zoological knowledge. The scariest thing for me is her love for Snakes... hope her pet Syler does not mind ;)

m&m's World, London

Yesterday visited the m&m's world here in London.

m&m is a button shaped colorful candy which was originated in 1941 in United States of America for the military men serving in the World War II. It used to come in a tubular packet until 1948 when it got it's famous brown pouch bag. The WWII time advertisement of the candy says 'Now 100% at War!'.
Another trademark of the candy is the 'm' imprint on one side of the candy. The famous television character was introduced in 1954. Only after 1980s, this brand and candy came out of the american main land and officially introduced around the world and rest is all history.

Trent Bridge Stadium, Nottingham

Trent Bridge Cricket Ground in Nottingham, United Kingdom is well-known among the cricket followers all over the world and also has a good name among finest venues. Beside the River Trent and named as the nearby main bridge over the river, Trent Bridge Stadium was established in year 1838.
With a capacity of 15000-17000 spectators, it is one of the finest stadium to play and watch cricket. With some interesting architectural features like, the newly built stand to add some extra seating space, the roofing of this new stand combined with metal and acrylic and also circularly arranged flood lamps make the place different.

Streets of London

Was roaming around randomly in the Capital city of Kingdom country few days back... Long long back I always wanted to shoot the streets of London and this was my first casual walk around, so I preferred to enjoy the walk and seeing people around.
Just sharing few random aim-less and thoughtless photographs, but soon will do the photo-walk :)
