DAY - XIV

Day-XIV (27th July ‘09)

I was sad when the time came to leave Manali, literally the trip came to an end but we had to reach home safe and to cover 600+ kilometers for that. We had to ride again in the same boring Manali-Delhi route. But every journey always comes to an end so it’s a part of it.
Nothing much about this day, our lazy bums managed to get on the bike after 11.00 AM. Chandigarh was the place for the night halt as we dint wanted to push ourselves much as it is easily doable till Delhi and already did it earlier but it was very tiring.
Reached Chandigarh at around 9.30 PM. Went to sector 41 and checked in a good hotel, the other reason was to reach home fresh .

Road condition – Excellent except few bad stretches due to road widening work on NH.

Precautions – Be calm on curves while riding down from Manali, they are very tempting with proper tarmac.
